Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The core product from W₂O. Picked and processed within 12 hours, this award winning oil is sold in one and two Litre Casks, 20 litre drums, 500ml and 250ml bottles.

USES

* Use in place of your normal salad dressing.
* Drizzle over stronger fish dishes such as Salmon and Tuna.
* Drizzle over cooked barbecue meat and fish.
* Drizzle over roasted or steamed vegetables.
* Use as a dipping oil with fresh crusty breads
* Use our Infused Oils for drizzling through cooked pasta dishes.
* Add to mayonnaise for extra zest (we highly recommend using our Lemon or Lime Infused Oils for this).
* Drizzle through potatoes before mashing.
* Use our Mandarin Infused Oil as a dipping oil for fruit breads.

Flavoured Oils

We produce flavoured oils using the Italian agrumato style. In Italian the word “agrumato” is equivalent to “citrusy”. Agrumato oils are made by adding fresh citrus to the fresh olives prior to milling. The same method applies to other flavours such as fresh basil. Almost an endless choice. This year we made lemon, lime and basil oils. Flavours and aromas are taken up and remain true for the life of the oil.

Always, the key is to use fresh produce. There are no tinctures or artificial flavours used at W₂O.
